Meet Isabel
Isabel Vasquez RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist currently based in Rochester, NY. She has a background in outpatient eating disorder and intuitive eating counseling, and she now works as a health and nutrition writer.
Her writing has been featured in numerous media outlets including Well+Good, EatingWell, Health.com, HipLatina, and more.
Isabel is also an experienced public speaker; she has presented for the American Diabetes Association, the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP), Diversify Dietetics, the Weight Inclusive Network, and more.
When she isn’t working, Isabel loves going to her favorite local coffee shop and yoga studio, enjoying the great outdoors, obsessing over her current read, and spending time with her partner.
Isabel's Philosophy
I approach all of my work from a non-diet, weight-neutral, culturally humble lens. I believe that health and nutrition doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing. We can eat foods that bring us joy and those that support our health because mental health is just as important as physical health.
